Visual Normality competes with the engineering firms for the engineering work a manufacturer buys across the life of a plant. The difference is in how the work is delivered: engineers working on a verified site model with AI, so the cost of a study does not grow with hours alone.
The rungs.
Each rung is engineering work a plant already buys. Each is cheaper for us than for the incumbent, because the verified plant already exists by the time we take it.
Today that means the front end, verification, readiness, change control and operations of a plant, and the supply chain questions the same evidence answers. The next rung is design on the verified plant, with our own engineer of record, done against observed reality instead of drawings. After that come qualification evidence and inspection evidence, once the accreditation to carry them is earned.
Construction supervision, commissioning management, controls integration and process-hazard facilitation are not planned. Stamped structural and pressure design stays with the disciplines that hold it.

What stays true on every rung.
The engineer of record stays.
Today it is the site's engineer, and we make the evidence they sign on. On the next rung it is ours. There is no autonomous engineer in this company, and there will not be one.
Your data trains nothing without a permission you negotiated.
Geometry, loads, measurements, records and operational data stay inside your boundary. Any reuse is a separate written agreement, and no supplier's model learns from it except under the same terms.
Not Demonstrated is a result.
When the evidence cannot carry the conclusion, the deliverable says so and names what would close the gap. We do not turn an unsupported conclusion into confidence.
What normality means here.
In the company name, normality is the latest verified and permitted state of a site's systems, spaces, assets and operating conditions. What was designed is not always what was built. What was built is not always how it is operated. What is proposed is not what has been approved.
Those differences are the information an engineer needs before the plant is changed. The work of this company is making that state visible, with its evidence, before capital is committed against it.
Status.
In September 2026 the company is pre-revenue, and the first studies are being proposed.
Nothing on this site is a measured result. The pricing targets, the turnaround commitments and the physics capability are what we are building towards and what a proposal will state, in writing, with its scope. The accuracy record starts with the first delivered verdict and will be published as it grows.
Where we work.
Regulated manufacturing first: pharmaceutical and other GMP sites where drawings, scans, utilities and operating records are fragmented, stale or in conflict.
The buyer is the in-house project engineer or project manager, with MSAT on product-touching changes. The entry is before, below or after the EPCM award, never inside it.
